Upon receipt of the order and payment, the products are shipped within 24 hours and delivered in France by La Poste to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process. Delivery times may vary in the event of delivery difficulties, strikes, holiday periods or stock shortages. Anne DEFROMONT cannot be held responsible if these deadlines are exceeded. In the event of stock shortages or shipping delays, an email will be sent to you.
If resizing is necessary, the jewelry will be shipped within 10 to 15 business days after receipt of your payment. You will be informed by email.
If paying by transfer, the order will only be processed upon receipt of the transfer. Consequently, the deadlines applicable in this case are those on the day the transfer is received and can therefore be modified from those mentioned on the day the order is placed.
We invite you to regularly consult your account to monitor your order.
You must ensure the good condition of the delivery. In this regard, it is your responsibility to check the content, conformity and condition of the product upon delivery. In the event of observed or suspected damage (damaged package, already opened, etc.), you must notify the delivery person and Anne DEFROMONT of any reservations about the delivered product within 2 days of receipt of the product. We undertake to refund or exchange apparently defective products. In this case, we kindly ask you to report this in detail in writing and return the product(s) to us. The request must be made within ten working days of delivery. Any complaint made outside this deadline cannot be accepted. Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them. The return costs will be refunded to you.
Anne DEFROMONT cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered (for example in the event of a product being banned, etc.). It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.
RETURNS
In accordance with the legislation, you have the possibility, if you change your mind, to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days without having to provide any reasons or to pay penalties, except the return costs. The period starts from receipt of the package. However, items that don't meet your expectations must be returned to us intact and clean in their original packaging. This right of withdrawal can never apply if the products delivered have been damaged, soiled or have clearly been subject to lasting use or modification.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please go to your order history, then select order details, you'll find the instruction to express your desire to withdraw, then validate. This function is available when the status of your order has changed to "Delivered".
This right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on the purchase of a ring that has been adjusted to the ordered finger size.
ART L221-28: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

REFUND
Refunds of products referred to the articles "deliveries and returns" will be made within 14 days from the date from which SARL DEFROMONT is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw. If the items are not received within 14 days following the withdrawal mentioned above, the refund will be deferred until receipt of the items. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used by the buyer during the initial transaction. No cash on delivery will be accepted whatever the reason.
