INFORMATION
The finger size of the ring available in stock is displayed under “Product Details” in the “Available Finger Size” section.
If this size does not correspond to the desired size, you can select another size from the drop-down menu at the top right of the product sheet.
If this size is not available from my designer (only for new silver rings) the ring will be adjusted to the selected size. Do not hesitate to ask me if your ring will be sized before ordering.
SHIPPING
If resizing is necessary, the jewelry will be shipped within 10 to 15 business days after receipt of your payment. You will be informed by email.
RIGHT TO RETRACT
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on the purchase of a personalized ring in your size.
ART L221-28: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
SECOND SIZING
The first size is free. For any request to modify this sizing, the outward and return shipping costs will be your responsibility and the cost of the second sizing will be invoiced:
- €25* for a silver ring
- €35* for a yellow gold or platinum ring
- €45* for a rhodium-plated white gold ring
*These prices are preferential prices, they are not equivalent to the resizing prices of a ring belonging to you.
